The Easiest, Cheesiest Of Mac N Cheese

8 ounces elbow pasta

2 cup cottage cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 egg; beaten

3 cups cheddar; divided

4 Tbsp butter

Cook pasta 2 minuets shy of al dente. About 6 minuets. This keeps your pasta from becoming mush in the oven. Drain and combine in large bowl with cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and two cups of cheddar cheese. Pour all into a 9×9 buttered dish. Top with butter and additional cup of cheddar. Bake on 350 for 45 minuets. Allow to cool.
