Ya’ll, I’m about to give you an incredible shrimp salad recipe. So incredible it will not be featured with a picture…I ate it!
1 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
1/4 cup of mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 TBSP Olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix all together. It’s better after it’s refrigerated after a bit. My family likes to slice up a half an avocado and server the shrimp salad over it. Yum!
